Stirrup Foot

In the country of Cadre Noir, it is on the hill of Puy Notre Dame, in the heart of the Chavannes troglodytes and its Turonian clay-limestone soils that our Cabernet Francs flourish.

We carefully select the grapes which will then be aged for 15 months in vats until a subtle balance combining black fruits and spices, power and elegance is obtained. Our objective: the search for purity in the expression of our terroir. This wine deserves to be served with red meat and game. A great vintage to keep.
